Capital BlueCross to Hold Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony Friday, May 24

Capital BlueCross will hold its annual ceremony honoring U.S. veterans who lost their lives in service at 9 a.m. on Friday, May 24, at the company’s Harrisburg headquarters.

This program will recognize Capital BlueCross employees who are actively serving or are veterans. Employees will also be paying tribute to SSGT Ben Hines and SSGT Christopher Slutman, two Marines who perished last month in Afghanistan.

Joining the Capital BlueCross employees will be keynote speaker LTC Thomas Murphy, a senior Army officer currently studying at the U.S. Army War College, and the Cedar Cliff High School JROTC unit, who will be presenting the retiring the colors.
