U.S. News & World Report is out with its annual Best Places to Live rankings, including the Best Place to Live in Pennsylvania. The Best Place to Live in the United States is Boulder, Colorado.
Harrisburg is tops on the list, followed by Lancaster, Pittsburgh, Reading and York rounding out the top 5. The data was based on 5 categories and then evaluated using a methodology determined by Americans’ preferences.
Those categories include job market, value, quality of life, desirability and net migration. Here’s a link to the Best Places to Live in Pennsylvania.
As for the Best Places to Live in the United States, several Pennsylvania cities made the list. Harrisburg was ranked 51, Reading ranked 96, and Philadelphia ranked 118.
