Spinach and Artichoke Dip
- 4 Cups Heavy cream
- 1 pound Cream cheese
- 1 pound Boursin garlic herb Cheese
- 2 dashes tabasco sauce
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pound spinach chopped
- 2 cans artichoke hearts chopped
In a medium sauce pot, bring heavy cream, cream cheese and boursin cheese to a simmer.
Add tabasco and pepper, let simmer until smooth. Add parmesan, spinach and artichokes. Let simmer until hot. Serve with fresh bread or tortilla chips
- Grape tomatoes cut in half
- Buccacini mozzarella balls
- Pesto – your favorite brand
- Balsamic reduction
Use the toothpick to create tower of Tomato, mozzarella and tomato so they stand up. Dip skewers in the pesto.
Place the skewers on a plate and drizzle with balsamic reduction and serve!
- 1 sheet puff pastry rolled out
- 1 wheel brie cut in half
- cream cheese
- favorite jam
Spread 1 side of brie with cream cheese. Spread same side of brie with your favorite jam.
Put the other side of brie on top and place brie in the middle of the puff pastry and wrap the pasty around the brie using an egg wash to hold it together.
Spray pan with a light oil and place brie on top coating with egg wash.
Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with crackers or fresh bread!
