Visit PA will inspire wanderlust this fall season with the launch of a mobile experiential tour across multiple states to demonstrate why Pennsylvania is the ultimate destination for fall enthusiasts. The “It’s Fall-ier In PA Swagon” is part of the Pennsylvania: The Great American Getaway travel initiative to boost tourism across the Commonwealth.
Following the launch event, the Visit PA Swagon will travel to several cities and towns in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and also Washington D.C. from October 11 through November 23. The classic hay wagon and rustically designed trailer will provide an immersive experience that evokes the scents and sights of fall in Pennsylvania. Guests will sample iconic Pennsylvania fall treats, receive updates about peak fall foliage in the Commonwealth’s many regions, and capture their experience in a photo booth for the chance to win custom designed fall swag and an overnight stay in Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania has received national recognition as a premier destination for fall travelers. Bucks County is the number one fall foliage destination, according to Priceline. CNN Travel recognized the Laurel Highlands for having one of the top scenic fall drives, and the New York Times named New Hope a beautiful place for fall foliage.
