Petapalooza is coming to Central Penn College on Valley Road in Summerdale this Saturday, September 18 from 11 am to 3 pm. This is a free community festival that features animals from local rescues and shelters, along with vendors, food trucks, music and raffles. Beer and wine also will be available for the first time.
“This is the tenth year for the event and the fifth year for Petapalooza to be held at Central Penn College,” said Bitsy McCann, volunteer executive director for Petapalooza PA. “The event is a fun and important way to highlight the need for pet adoptions.”
Lots of furry four-legged friends from approximately 25 area shelters and rescues will be there. In addition, pet owners can bring their animals, as long as they’re leashed, well-behaved and vaccinated.
Petapalooza is designed to showcase local animal shelters and rescues while featuring their lovable animals. For more information about the event, including a complete list of vendors, visit: www.PetapaloozaPA.com.
