Sen. Greg Rothman (R-34) will host his annual Veterans Appreciation Breakfast Oct. 24 to honor veterans of the 34th Senatorial District.
The free breakfast will be held from 8-10 a.m. at Carlisle Expo Center, 100 K St., Carlisle. The guest speaker will be Maj. Gen. John R. Pippy, Adjutant General of Pennsylvania. Local veterans’ organizations and various government agencies will also be on hand with information booths, providing veterans and their families with helpful details about the services, benefits, and programs available to support them.

“Like military veterans across America, local veterans stepped up to serve our nation and protect the liberties with enjoy, and it’s an honor to show them our appreciation,” said Rothman, a Marine veteran. “This breakfast is a chance for veterans to come together, share experiences and receive recognition for their selfless contributions.”
